Areas of Responsibility: The incumbent will be assigned consulting business services in the Japanese market:
- Provide extensive experience in IT consulting Service Management. The quality of service management should Include the following activities: ISO20000, ISO 270001, ITIL, Help-Desk, COBIT, CMMI, CRM support and implementation as well as outsourcing.
- Develop target account lists, account profiles and strategic sales plans in area of responsibility.
- Participate in face-to-face meetings and presentations to major prospects talking with IT senior mgrs. including: IT senior executives, CIO, CTO and Head of IT Department.
- Provide effective high quality solutions to meet customer objectives.
- Maintain personal contact with customer base to ensure that the appropriate level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Provide customer presentations, proposal development including pricing and product/service mix, RFP responses and sales and marketing plans.
- Report on sales performance including competitor activity, customer needs and business climate.
Academic Background: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering or related areas.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management or Professional Services
