Consultant: IT Services






Key Account Manager: Packaging

Areas of Responsibility: Promote and develop new key accounts for a specific market within Japan to increase market share for the division.

Accountabilities:

- Contribute to defining commercial and competitive customer approaches and business plans to realize successful relationships

- Analyze market issues and opportunities to understand needs of business partners.

- Build strategic business relationships with key account senior management as well as industry and trade associations.

- Carry out marketing activities to increase brand image and increase existing business with current customers and develop new customers.

- Develop effective relationships with senior customer engineering and operations staff.

- Execute effective sales programs to meet annual sales objectives.

Educational Qualifications:

- Masters degree in business or engineering disciplines

- Languages: Business level English and Japanese

Professional Experience:

- Eight or more years of relevant experience required.

Consultant: IT Services

Areas of Responsibility: The incumbent will be assigned consulting business services in the Japanese market:

- Provide extensive experience in IT consulting Service Management. The quality of service management should Include the following activities: ISO20000, ISO 270001, ITIL, Help-Desk, COBIT, CMMI, CRM support and implementation as well as outsourcing.

- Develop target account lists, account profiles and strategic sales plans in area of responsibility.

- Participate in face-to-face meetings and presentations to major prospects talking with IT senior mgrs. including: IT senior executives, CIO, CTO and Head of IT Department.

- Provide customer presentations, proposal development including pricing and product/service mix, RFP responses and sales and marketing plans.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering or related areas.

Professional Experience:

- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management or Professional Services

Other Personal Characteristics:

- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a flexible manner and in a dynamic business environment.

- Strong management skills in planning, organizing, decision making and problem solving, negotiating and coaching.
